Fourth Annual Report to Congress on the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief Now Available

February 4, 2008 – On Friday, the Bush Administration released The Power of Partnerships: The U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief Fourth Annual Report to Congress.  The report provides an overview of the U.S. Government’s international prevention, care and treatment programs to fight the HIV/AIDS pandemic, in partnership with host nations.
