Countries participating are Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Egypt, Guatemala, India, Kenya, Laos, South Africa, Thailand, the United States and Vietnam.  The participants will return to their respective countries and teach additional courses in native languages to further build the international rapid-response capacity.
